Terms of Service

1. Who we are

• LuxPos provides cloud point-of-sale, accounting, inventory, repair, mailbox, and related business tools for subscribed organizations (tenants).

2. Accounts and tenants

• Each business that subscribes is a tenant. The tenant is responsible for its users, data, and how the software is used.
• You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.
• You may not share a single login in a way that bypasses seat, license, or security limits.

3. The service

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LuxPos during an active subscription, according to the plan and modules enabled for your tenant.
• Features, availability, and interfaces may change as we improve the product. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts access.

4. Email and OAuth connections

• If you connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Hotmail, or another mailbox, you authorize LuxPos to access that mailbox only as needed to fetch, send, and organize mail you requested inside the product.
• Platform OAuth app credentials (Client ID and Secret) are configured once by the site Superadmin. Each tenant connects their own mailbox and grants consent in Google or Microsoft.
• You must have the right to connect the mailbox. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account and by disconnecting the mailbox in the product.
• Google and Microsoft remain independent providers. Their terms and policies also apply to those connections.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content; to violate others’ privacy or intellectual property; to probe or disrupt our systems; or to resell access except as we expressly allow.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or create security or legal risk.

6. Your content

• You retain rights to the business data you enter (products, sales, customers, mail, repairs, and similar records).
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the service for your tenant.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you store.

7. Fees

• Paid plans are billed according to the package you select. Taxes may apply.
• Connecting Google or Microsoft OAuth does not by itself create a fee to those providers for typical mailbox use; your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription, if any, remains yours.

9. Disclaimer and liability

• The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
• Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, breach, or legal risk.
• After termination, mailbox connections stop. We may delete or anonymize tenant data after a reasonable period unless law requires retention.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
